FTP and email notifications are not taken at the same timestamps.

I have a LV-PTM6040W, set up such getting both email notification and storing to FTP server.
Let's say event did happen at 0 second.
On email I would get these 3 pictures: at 0s, 03s, 06s
On ftp, however: 1s, 3s, 5s, 7s

So basically ftp would miss the first shot at 0s. How to fix it? Why is it not in sync?
