Hi,

I get the following error message when I have setup the ftp backup server on the blue iris logs (see attached). Not sure why it's returning the error message considering the ftp test file uploads all okay.

I have tried passive mode and all the different settings available under ftp in blue iris that I can think of.

Anyone have any ideas on a solution?

No I have not. IIRC, I found out that the WD NAS does not support FTP download, only upload.
