FTP SETTING single filename with overwrite

I finally have to replace a very old Toshiba IKWB camera for my website. I have been trying to find a good outdoor camera that can send an FTP image "outside.jpg" (configurable filename) to a FTP Site every three minutes. The filename ALWAYS has the same name. I found a inside FOSCAM camera that can still do it but looking at the manuals for FOSCAM and other manufacturers it looks like this is a feature that is disappearing from IP Cameras. Does anyone else have this issue? It looks like IP camera are just being set up for streaming FTP images now only without options to overwrite or even set a filename.
