Geofencing troubleshooting

All,
Here's my setup:

• BI 4, up to date
• Samsung Galaxy S7, BI Android app installed
• Geofencing enabled
• Phone is registered with the BI app, geofencing enabled, exit and entry actions set (stoplight) and push messaging enabled. Lat & Long set.
• Radius - 25-meters
• On the smartphone, GPS is enabled,

I walk 150+ feet away, nothing happens. What did I miss?
