I think these are geosynchronous satellites flaring into view
Fixed position, but flaring dots amidst a moving star field. These all seem to be along the same plane. They also reappear at same location and time on different nights.
Bright pixels stuck on in camera sensor should not flare at nearly same time on different days nor occur along a line, but rather scattered through image.
