Getting access to cameras on TVs not hardwired to NVR?

So I have a single NVR connected to my main tv via hardwire, but I have 2 other tvs across the house that I would like to be able to access the camera feeds as well, but can't hard wire them.

So what is the best way to go about this on a secured network?

I am currently running ASUS ZenWifi AX XT8 with a VPN installed on it for an ultra secured network- however I am having issues with it at the moment and hope to get that ironed out ASAP

I currently have a couple of the Dahua 4k cameras from Empiretech: Empiretech Dahua 4k turrets

As well as the correct 8 channel NVR: Empiretech 4k NVR

It's not possible to connect these other tvs with hard wire, so we would need to bring these cameras online to this secured VPN network I assume right?

I have not connected these cameras to the internet for security reasons - I know there is a procedure to disable certain things on these cameras so they can't connect to the internet

But how do I stream them to these other TVs?

I don't have to create a separate VPN wifi network for them to live on do I?

The only problem I see with this is being able to quickly jump to the cameras to view them without having to switch wifis on the tv

So how do I go about this in the most secure way?

In a perfect world I would just run Cat6 to these tvs, but I'm renting and not looking for a permanent install here.
