I've been using for quite a long time the WardenCam software on old android phones. It is reasonably reliable, has motion detection software and uploads the events to my gdrive space in a circular buffer. Issue are low to medium quality, not for outdoor use, either lo quality for low cost old phone or better quality with expensive phone. Also, oftentimes the app is killed by the phone sw optimizers. I tried the wize cam which I bought in France and took with me to Israel (they dont sell in Israel). This cam had excellent video but was faulty (I guess they don't test to cam after manufacturing) and I returned it. Also, wyze cam cannot upload to gdrive but only to their cloud and its a paid service. Now, Can someone please recommend budget yet reliable cams with the ability to upload to gdrive and send notifications to an android app? Any help is most welcome.
