Group Issue

I created a group for the "back" camera, I called the group "pool". I created a user and set it so they are restricted to the "pool" group. When they logon there is no image. The group is selected because it is highlighted in blue. The user works fine when I remove the restriction, but I don't want them to access all cameras. Any ideas?
