Guy in shark costume

Had a neighbor "kid" dressed up in a shark costum knocking on people's doors and then running. Video is pretty funny but its in .264 format, recorded from an Ion nvr from Nellys. Any idea how to convert it to avi so I can post to youtube

I'm sure VLC could do it but I would try something easier first, like https://handbrake.fr/

I tried a program from hikvision site but it stated it didn't recognize the .264 file. Arg.

Tried uploading it to youtube and that didn't work either. When I downloaded it via cms and told it to burn as avi it didn't work. Never had a problem Before this new firmware update. Maybe it's that?

Still can't get it to convert, handbrake doesnt output to avi. I guess I need to get me a hikvision nvr when I get back from vacation and ditch this ion.
