H/W for Blue Iris for Eight IPC-HDW4431C-A-V2

I am leaning towards blue iris instead of NVR. What is a good hardware if I will use eight of HDW4431C-A-V2s. I would like to detect motion (movement one box to another) in all cameras. Will something like this work as a hardware Dell Optiplex 7010 USFF Desktop Core i7 3770S 3.1GHz 4GB 128GB SSD Win10 WiFi | eBay (This + HD for storage). Will I be ok with i3 or i5 (lower cost).

USFF's don't have room in them for a 3.5" drive.
So stick with a mini-tower.

8x 4MP cameras at probably 15 FPS each should work on an i7-3770s. That machine would have been a decent deal except for the lack of a full size hard drive bay, and you'd want 8 GB of RAM.

If you are shooting for the $200 price ballpark, these would be decent options I think. 15 FPS may be possible with 8x 4MP cameras if you are efficient with all the other settings. 10 FPS certainly should be fine.
