Have some problem with Face-recognize terminal

Hi dears,

I bought the DS--K1T671 for access control, and i find ISAPI for communicate with terminal,

and Hikvision R&D team gave some PDF have information of ISAPI,

but I have problem with every thing in the docs.

for example,



they gave me this, and i tried it simply

http://192.168.1.111/ISAPI/AccessControl/RemoteControl/buzzer/capabilities?%20format=json

but it occured this



every things has same response 'invalid Operation' I'm gonna mad...

of course I research ISAPI at this forum, and many people recommend 'http://userassword@<IP>/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/101 or 102/picture'

and i tried it,



also same.

How can i solve this problem? has someone used this product named DS--K1T671?
