recently noticed that i have not been getting any alerts. thought it was my setting so I created the camera and left it all default with only the basic deepstack settings still no luck. In the log I'm showing lots of canclled alerts and what not. When I tested Deepstack it shows that it's active. Looking at my recordings, this seems to have staretd around Jan 25th. Not sure what changed. It does occassional trigger a recording/alert but instead of everytime, I'm seeing it like once or twice of the 20 or 30 motion events that I know should have occurred.

Need more specifics and screenshots. i number and CPU number (saying it is an i7 doesn't tell us it all - iX and XXXX CPU)

Are you running CPU or GPU version?

Screenshots of your global AI tab and then the AI tab from the cameras.

At quick glance, it appears you several cameras triggering at the same time and DS timeouts because you don't have a fast enough machine or GPU.

You might be able to tighten up motion to not all trigger so much or try with fewer cams triggering at the same time.

I'm running CPU version. I just uninstalled Deepstack and reinstalled it with the latest version. (not sure of another way to do this) i kept on getting access denied evena fter stopping deepstack. CPU is i7 6700 with 32GB ram.

Actually.... I think there was an issue with deepstack, as I was typing this response I decided to walk around to see if I can get it to trigger and it did. The icons are back as well my previous alerts had a cross over it. Very weird since I rebooted the system, tried starting and stopping DS multiple times. Seems by uinstalling and updating it to the new version fixed it.

Yeah, sometimes that can do it to - many of us have uninstalled and reinstalled DS when it got wonky.

Glad it was an easy fix!
