Having a problem with Xcastinstall.exe

When I launch IE and the BI website, the clips do not display. The live views are ok.


I am accessing Blue Iris server using a Dell Vostro 470 as a client,
Blue iris Version 4.3.9.6 is running on a dedicated PC


IE indicates at the top of the page that I should install version 4.0.0.4
The Control Panel indicates Version 4.0.0.4 is installed
When I access this from another computer (for the first time) symptoms are the same
I assume the problem is with my server, we have been using the ios app, it displays clips correctly


Not sure where the ActiveX file is stored on the server or how to verify the version.

it has not resolved the problem.


Should I remove and re-install Blue Iris on my server/PC?
Is there some way to verify or install the correct Active file?
