Having hard time choosing nvr

I'm having a hard time trying to find a nvr that can playback atleast 4 8mp cameras live. I have 4
2mp turret cameras and am thinking about getting 4 8mp dahua cameras to replace them. I'm afraid to buy a nvr that won't show me the live feed in high quality.

The website done even state if the nvrs will even simataniously playback all the channels

It don't have to have poe it just need to be able to pull the main stream from 12 cameras at the same time. I don't want to only see 2 or 4 at a time

Will this playback 12 6mp cameras mains streams at the same time? Keep in mind I'll be viewing them from the nvrs monitor not the web
