Having issues with PTZ on PTZ1C203UE-GN

Having an issue with PTZ on PTZ1C203UE-GN
I have firmware 2.810.0000000.4.R.E4.386.

#1. Where do you do presets? There aren't any PTZ settings to be found anywhere on the web interface.
2. Side to side movement does not seem to work. If I phisically move the camer out of the furthest position it is stuck in, I can move it. But moment say I got to the maximum right, that is it. It won't move out of that position. Up and down is fine.

Nope. There is no PTZ option at all.

Make sure you are using the browser plugin.
Did you see the tape on it, that said not to move it by hand?
This camera does not have presets.

I tried Gray Moon, Firefox with plugin, IE with Plug-in (yes, gave it permission) - no luck. No PTZ as described.

Also, no yellow label as one in your review
