Hdd cant initiallize after format.

Hi everyone. I have a dikvision DS-2CD3132F-IW.
I am using my hard disk attached to my network shared through network.
I can see the hard disk on smb/cif.
it is tested correctly.
Formatted but remains to be initialized.

Need help
