I have several older Composite cameras and a couple newer specialty cameras that output HDMI but want to view them along with my other IP cameras. Does anyone know of a converter to convert older Composite cams to an Ip address on my network. and/or a converter to add my 1080 HDMI cameras to my system.

I have two new Hoverfly systems and really want to put them on the Blue Iris.

Just about any old DVR used with RcA to BNC adapters, if needed to connect the composite cameras, will be viewable in BI when you connect it to your network. Most are viewable over the internet and, therefore, by BI. The DVR will do all the converting and BI will just read the cams from the device as channel 0, channel 1, channel 2, etc. Cheapest way to convert a bunch of analog cameras to BI. Some may have frame rate limitations though, so if you need something a bit higher end then one of these might be more reliable- AXIS M70 Video Encoder Series | Axis Communications

Can't help you on anything about hdmi to h.264 ip video encoding that a quick Googling won't accomplish faster.
