HDR Option missing on 2142?

I can't seem to find the option for HDR. Am I looking in the wrong place? Please see the attached images. From the youtube videos I have seen, I should have more options under the configuration/image tab. Am I missing something here? Thanks for any help. One pic is logged into the NVR from a browser, the other two are from VMS-4200

Where did you purchase the 2142 Bosco?
 
Does that 2142 have "WR" in the serial number Bosco? What LETTERS are displayed in the serial number string?
 
When you browse to the camera, log in and then navigate to "System" what is the serial number which is shown there?
 
I checked to see if I could upgrade the cameras firmware but it looks like they are newer than 5.3.1 which is the current firmware on Hikvision.com. Any ideas? I have already upgraded the NVR firmware, I had to do that to get it to recognize these cameras

Well I just got off the phone with Hikvision tech support. They are telling me that you only have basic functionality in the NVR. All advanced settings including WDR have to be changed in the web interface of each individual camera. Does this sound right? Seems a bit silly to me to have to log into each camera individually. However I logged into one and do see the option there, including tons of other options that aren't on the NVR
