HDW4300c faster to load live preview than the HDW4300s on extra stream?

Has anyone noticed that the HDW4300c loads its view faster than the HDW4300s?

When I'm viewing on my iDMSS Plus while at home I notice that the HDW4300c live image shows up immediately while the HDW4300s takes up to 5-10seconds before it shows the stream.

Live preview for the extra stream should have identical configurations on the cameras.

Thoughts?

What is your bit rate and fps set for on the sub stream for each camera? It's really hit or miss on which camera loads up if both are set up exactly the same.
