Hi,

Thanks for the great site! I've been reading a lot on here and getting a better idea of what I need. I want cameras to cover the front and rear of my house. Somebody put a can of petrol in my front garden yesterday (no idea who or why) and I've had some wheels stolen from my back garden so I'll be a lot happier once I get this setup.

Thanks for the welcome. The 4mp EXIR turrets from HikVision look really good to me but I've just ordered a little Top 201 camera to play around with. I think it will help me have a much better idea of what will work for me and will let me play around with some of the software out there. Once I get going with it, I'll start a thread asking for some advice.
