Hello everyone! Just started doing research on my own custom build computer NVR and some Hikvision IP cameras for my house and property.
I was close to buying a kit at Costco.com, but soon realized after reviews that was not my best option.
I'm very excited to learn more, research, and then select all of the components I want.
I will probably start off with 2-4 IP cameras, and then expand from there.
I have over 25 years of computer/IT experience, so I shouldn't have too hard of a time with this. BUT, I am happy to have this forum and all of its help!
