Hello, need advice about about cameras.

Hello,
I need advice about purchasing for nvr and security cameras for older person so is not tech savvy, so it must be easy to navigate through nvr .
cameras can be above garage height(2.5m-3m),or some can be in barn.
Budget around 600€-900€

There is no internet right now but in the future it will, he wants to get notification on mobile when he is not at home.
I was thinking first cam on barn for motion, second on right side of the garage for barn right side of property, and third on the left side of the garage to cover enter of the house.

Any advice about camera, camera position, and nvr is welcome.

yellow-open barn,no doors(has electricity, maybe long ethernet cable from garage)
blue-big tree
orange-garage(where nvr would be)
red-house
green small dots - apple trees

Use the IPC-T5442T-ZE on each of the house, and NVR use a NVR5208-8P-4KS2E. would be within your budget.
Just put the NVR at yellow house and bury the cable on the ground to the Orange house and red house, that is easy to reach. Use cat6 cable.

Cameras have the stocks in DE amazon now. NVR have to ship from China.
