just a homeowner trying to make sense out of the options for Home security cameras
So far i'm down to hikvision As of now this is what I'm looking at =
7608NI-E2/8P 8 Channel POE Plug N Play Hi Def NVR
2042WD-I Outdoor HD 4MP IP Bullet Security Cameras

I have ,and i actually wanted it ,but its looks (sounds)more complicated for someone that has little knowledge with PC's. Or am I not reading that right?
I'v actually been trying to get a setup for over a year but everytime I start researching one thing another comes up.
Any system suggestions for up to 8 cameras ,run 24/7. @ $2k
