Hi there, I'm jonatha, I'm from Italy and my main interests are in networking, but I like also ip video systems, I'm fairly new to hikvision, I hope, with your help, to faster understand how these cameras and NVRs work, and and share my network knowledge with anyone can have issues in this field ....

Welcome Jonatha. Tip: Steer clear of the brown box Hikvisions! Regardless of how cheaply they can be obtained, they're nothing but trouble.

Usually, we use mobotix, but for some systems without particular requirements, I'm testing hikvision, and after having known their bugs (each system, more or less, has its own bugs), I'm not so disappointed, ( yet )
