I have purchased a PTZ cam similar to this LINK. This is an ONVIF camera and have 2 way audio and it's working good with the provided app. But my IP Camera system have a HIKVISION NVR model DS-7608NI-Q1/8P (LINK description). In hik-connect app there is enable 2 way audio, it is not working at all (received and error) and no voice coming out from the camera speakers. I did try to use HiLook app and selected either enable 2 way to NVR or enable to IP Cam. None are working. I updated the NVR to the latest firmware V4.30.085 build210409 - 2021-05-02. Camera was connected to internal POE of NVR at first then after it is not working, I connected it to the router network but still not work. Did I did something wrong? Please help. Thanks.
