Help me add the camera to p2pcloud!!!

Hi every one!

I am new member of forum.
Last week i bought new camera from china.
Model: DS-2CD1021FD-IW1
Firmware version: V5.5.60 build 180622.
I install IVMS-4500 on my mobile.
I config parameters(connect to my wifi, setup ip...)
After i configed i can liveview camera data when my mobile and my camera connect to same wifi.
But when i connect to other network i can't view camera data.
when i add my camera to p2pcloud i input serial and search it.
The app show message "The device is offline and hasn't been added by any user".

Please tell me how to add my camera to p2pcloud?

put: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 under DNS.

I have same problem, i can access my camera within same wifi network, by using EZVIZ app and by scanning Local Area netsol i can view but how can i check with different network, something port mapping setting but i am not succeeding please help if you solve ur issue thanks
