Is not being easy to find the best doorbell that match my requisites, that are:

But not sure about the relay about the physical chime, however found this in the firmware release:
But this is not my choice for now, still searching for a doolbell

Must have:
- Ethernet Port 10/100M - Protocol IP
- Monitoring through Android APP
- Relay Output -> when the doorbell button is pressed a physical chime rings
- Relay Output -> for door opening (nive to have)
- RSTP (nice to have)
- SIP (nice to have)
- Don't want a doorbell exclusively with wi-fi, want wired.
- Don't want a inside screen.
Add info:
- Currently i have a home automation with KNX protocol
- Have a NVR Hikvision but the 8 POE ports are already used
