Anyone done anything similar? Found only one thread about mobile LPR, but it barely has any info in there. I was thinking of purchasing HFW5241E-Z12E from Andy, and using OpenALPR to be able to scan all passing vehicles and compare them against a database (blacklist) in real time, all done locally on the Gtx1070 laptop in the car.
I don't know even where to start exactly, I'm willing to pay a programmer to code it alltogether for me.
