Help Please - Windows Corrupt

Hello group.

My Windows installation became corrupt and I had to reinstall. I had failed to make a recent export of BlueIris with some new camera settings and the other settings that had my CPU usage at a good level.

I have the old hard drive and it is READABLE, so I can get data off of it.

Does anyone know if I can recover some config files and copy them to my new installation?

Follow up...

I was able to grab the registry entries from the old hard drive and import them to the new installation. I believe it is all working now.
