No, you don't need a router.
Assign unique, static IP's to the cameras, DVR (LAN ) and the 2 antennas, all in the same subnet.

My cpe IP's are 192.168.4.45 and 192.168.4.44
And the dvr to 192.168.4.46

I dont know how to change the cameras' IP
I dont know much about setting up, can you kindly explain how? Thank you verymuch

Camera make(s) and model(s) ?

I'm using DAHAU cctv model DH-IPC-81A20-E
That's not an "8", it's a "B" so the model number is DH-IPC-B1A20-E.

The default IP is 192.168.1.108.
Give your PC a static IP of 192.168.1.100, subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, connect the PC directly to the camera or via POE switch, POE injector or use a 12VDC wall wart to power the camera and bring up the camera's embedded webGUI in a browser pointed to 192.168.1.108.

I tried accessing the webgui but it doesnt work, and I also found out that one of my cpe is defective, the lan keeps disconnecting, I'll try again after they deliver the replacement
Thank you for your time!

Does the speed of the cpe matters? I'm going to use a 150mbps cpe instead of a 300mbps

That should be fine for four 2MP cameras, using H.264 encode mode of each camera.

Im using 2mp but I'm not sure about the H.264, and the distance is only about 1.5km-2km
The encode mode is set in each camera. You log into it's webGUI with its IP address and go to "settings" => "video" or the like.

And by the way, don't plug in all the cameras in at once. Do one at a time, and set the IPs to a unique, static IP in the same subnet as the CPE's and the NVR's LAN.
