Help unbricking a Dahua NVR5216-16P-4KS2(i know the request text name)

I have try to update my nvr from vesion 3 to 4 but get the NVR boot looping
I read :
Dahua IPC EASY unbricking / recovery over TFTP

and I find that my nvr search for this file
Client 192.168.1.108:3169 root\ID_2M065GTDZE0ZF8_DHI-NVR5216-16P-4KS2.txt, File not found or No Access

So,,,
I want to help me what the correct firmware to install on it, because what I download it is zip file and it have multi img and bin files



then what i have to do to make this update work through tftp and what I should do with request file (ID_2M065GTDZE0ZF8_DHI-NVR5216-16P-4KS2.txt)

Connect rs232 via null modem cable to your PC and put here bootlog with printenv output. Use PuTTY
Try recover using your hand.
Maybe your router have not correctly setting or routing now work, or tftp linking to another root place or ....
