Help with Hikvision IP camera and IP camera adapter software

Hello, I'm attempting to get my Hikvision DS-2DE3204W-DE IP camera to work with the IP Camera Adapter software. I've enabled substream for MJPG, however when I put the http url into the app and enter the right admin login name and password, the app says the username and password are incorrect. Is there anyone who knows how to fix it or make it work? Thank you!

Using a browser, are you able to log into the camera's embedded webGUI successfully with that same username and password?
