Help with motion detection Hikvision

I have a Reolink 511 connected via ONVIF via Poe port in the Hikvision DS-7616NI-I2 /16P.

When I go to event motion and try to enable motion recording I get invalid operation.

Is it possible to defect humans and vehicles and set to only motion record when this is detected.

Are you trying to enable event motion within the NVR or directly on the camera?

Usually with features like "detect humans/vehicles", those features are part of the camera and usually require that brand of the camera matches the brand of the NVR to work. From a super-quick Google search, it doesn't look like the Relink 511 has those features.
