I am trying to setup a wifi/IP network to connect my Foscam wireless cameras to my laptop without using the internet, It has to be remote.

You will be disappointed using WiFI for cams, too much traffic, thus lots of lag and dropped signals.
It's an IP camera with wifi cap. I want to setup a stand alone wifi connection from my pc laptop to the camera for monitoring.
