Herospeed Hi3520D wifi nvr admin password reset

Hi,
I've forgotten the admin password of this nvr. Is there a way to reset the admin password of this nvr? I've attached the current firmware of the nvr.

Same problem here. Same firmware, same issue. Forgot the password. How did you manage to solve i?t
