Thank you for welcoming me to this forum.
I received an IMOU GP42P camera that doesn't work; the red LED keeps flashing. I hope I can find a way to fix it.

Questions:

1. Did it work OK before and then one day the red LED started flashing?
2. Did you recently update the firmware or attempt to update the camera?
3. How is the camera powered?
4. How is the camera connected to your network....Ethernet or Wi-Fi?
5. Is there an SD card inserted ?

1 After turning it off and on again, it started flashing.

2 I haven't done any updates. At the moment, the only possible connection is via the serial port.
When I connect, I see the camera continuously rebooting.

4 It is not connected at the moment. When it was working, it was connected via Ethernet.
