Hi, I want to set up two concealed outdoor cameras in front of the house to capture street traffic and license plates up and down the street. We have an evergreen garden set back about 10' from the curb with a little clearing that would be the best available spot to see in both directions. I'm thinking of mounting the cameras in a birdhouse-like enclosure on a 4x4 post, or even a fake tree (like a mini version of a fake tree cell tower) might work. Needs to to be about 3-4' high to clear bushes and get a good view. Looking for tips & suggestions and design considerations (weather/snow proofing, ventilation) for such a project. Thanks.

If you have your mailbox near that street, there are lots of ways to dress those up.
For ideas, I like to go to Pinterest or even a home improvement website of your choice and input the search word Mailbox and get ideas.
Maybe even just "yard decorations" if mailbox isn't an option.
My box is solid brick so much more difficult but I'm able to use a large tree limb that is very near the curb.
