Hik-Connect AI does not distinguish vehicle/person

Hi all

I have two different cameras a
DS-2CD2T46G2
and
DS-2cd2047G2.

Both are GEN 2 series one Colorvu.

The 2047G2 will show a image of a car or person if it detects

However the DS-2CD2T46G2 will only show a circle icon regardless of Person or vehicle as below.



Is there anyway to enable the 2T46G2 to display a vehicle or person?

Could be due to firmware. Depends on your hardware version G2 is on market for quite some time now. (C) models get with firmware that works well with hik-connect already, older versions need firmware update.
