I have two Hikvision cameras installed and they connect to Hik-connect. Works fine. Now I purchased a "Hikvision OEM" VK383I, said to support Hik-connect. When I find camera on my network in SADP tool, it states that it supports Hik-connect and that Hik-connect status is Ok.
But when I configure which platform to connect to there is no option to select Hik-connect. There is only ISUP and Guarding vision. Disappointment. The two Hikvision cameras don't have ISUP or Guarding vision as options. So what to do?
