Hik-Connect app footage not showing

Hi there,

I have iDS-7116HQHI-M1 / S model DVR (firmware V4.71.400 build 230723). There is recording showing all the cameras when login to the DVR. But some of cameras recording can't view through the Hik connect app.

Im using the latest Hik connect app (6.2.18.0229).

Is any one face this kind of issue or please help me to solve this issue.

Either firmware upgrade or hik connect upgrade.

I would recommend deleting the NVR off the Hik-connect app and readding to see if that fixes the issue. it usually does
