Hik-Connect on mobile can view playback but iVMS-4200 can't

Hello, I installed the Hik-Connect for Android (latest version) and I can login to view the playback of the cameras just fine. But when I login to the same account in iVMS-4200 (latest version also) on Windows to view the playback, I get this error message:

Failed to search file. Error code: OpenSDK [320018]

Can anyone help me please? Thanks.

Update the ivms from hikvision website (. www.hikvision.com/en/support/download/software/ivms4200-series/ ), once connected to the machine, each camera will require the security code to be inserted on each camera frame
