Hik-Connect problem

As of now I have two HikVision cameras. I can see both on iVMS-4200, on a web browser, Hik-Connect app. If I log into Hik-Connect on a browser, it list both cameras, but only the same camera opens up no matter which one you click on.

Do I need to change some settings or something?

Now I have three cameras on line but can only view one camera on the desktop application. All three are listed but no matter which one I click, it will only show the same camera. On the app all three are viewable.

Would you mind show some images if the thats not the problem? You can blur the camera view

The "IP/Port No." is the same for all three cameras, Hik-Connect assigned them that way.

Ah yes, this used to have problems with multiple clients.

You can always open up HikConnect for Team mode. Then you will have web view for each. It will look like this:

Ok. How do i get Team Mode?

Open hik connect on your phone

Press on tab Services down there icon(Heart)

And Create Team

once you create team, when you log in to web browser you will have what i shown you

Have to have a Hik-Partner Pro Account to authorize.

Either Teams is not yet available in your area, or app is not updated. What you have is something else

I tried it on an Android and iPad and neither had the Teams feature.
