Hik nvr not accessible via broswer (only via iVMS)

Hi there,

I have 14 Hikvision nvrs across a number of locations. Most of them the model below but some with a newer IP only model.


Have a consistent issue but it only happens randomly where by any access via a web browser (local or remotely) stops working as if the system is offline, however I can still view the device and cameras perfectly fine via iVMS desktop or mobile versions. The only thing that seems to fix the issue is a complete power cycle of the nvr.

I did reach out to HikVision support and they said they havent come across this issue before. Basically seems like the HTTP port access gets disabled or drops off the network??

The setups are consistent in that the NVRs are plugged directly into a modem, set with a static IP and port fowarding for the respective port of HTTP (80). Server (37777), RTSP (554), HTTPS (443).

Hoping someone has come across a similar issue.
