I couldn't find any information about it so I started a new topic. Sorry if I just missed the right topic.
I had a 2132 and I set the DDNS last autumn on www.hikvisioneurope.net. This site has been terminated and my cam worked very well with hik-online.com/someusername, but I never visited the new page or logged in. Now my cam has a new firmware and I had to set up everything again. As I see there no more chance to use hik-online.com/someusername url format just hik-online.com/123456789 format. There is a modify button in Device Management but I can't edit anyting. :grey:
