Good Day!
We bought couple of Fisheye cameras and some mini bullets cameras 3 months back Model: DS-2CD2942F-(I)(S) and DS-2CD2020-I. The cameras are perfect, video are awesome (night and day). But, I’m having an issue
with two of my Fisheye and one Mini Bullet camera. I thought cleaning outside the camera will isolate the issue. During day its working fine (video quality), but during night the video is dark unlike before. I have an attachment maybe you can take a look at it.
Do I need to clean it inside? How will I clean or open this kind of cameras? Thanks in Advance...
