HIK-VISION IP PTZ DOESN'T SHOW VIDEOS

Hi guys.
I have this ptz ds-2se4c425mwg-e-26-f0 camera. I can view the camera in the SADP tool and in the web browser but the cameras don't show any images and videos.
I have tried to upgrade the firmware using the batch configuration tool but all in vain. It failed to show videos on the NVR as well. It also has a boot loop every after 15 minutes.

Kindly help me with a solution.

Use IE browser and allow the plug-in to download and install from the camera. IE is built into Win 10 and 11, it's just hiding. Perform the following to bring it out and use it. If unable to follow, then instead download and install Pale Moon browser 32 bit.

How to enable native Internet Explorer in Windows 10 and 11:

• Open Notepad:
• Copy then paste the single line of code below into Notepad:
• CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application").Visible=true
• Save as OpenIE.vbs
• Make sure the the file name ends in .vbs not .txt, If it ends in .txt you must rename to .vbs
• Create a shortcut to the above file and double-click it anytime you want native Internet Explorer.

I have tried using Pale Moon browser 32 bit but the issue of the reboot every 15 minutes is still existing.
Surprisingly I have 3 cameras and it's the only one doing this.

But now you can view live video in the browser?
Have you tried a hard reset of the camera ? (reset button under door next to microSD card, I believe).

unfortunately, I Unfortunately, I can log into the camera and access its settings but it won't display anything. Attached is the image of what I see.
Any other advice, please..

Yes, I made the hard reset using the reset button. But it's still the same issue.
