Yesterday I sent xml files to Hikvision, the first 3 worked fine, the next 3 didn't work. tried the input file and input key methods. tried on 3 different computers which are set to both IP ranges.
This morning I sent them another fresh export and the same thing again, "FAILED TO RESET PASSWORD ACCESS DENIED". I've tried latest version of SADP V3, SADP V2, and the Hitools delivery, any suggestions? they are Hiwatch cameras running v5.4.5.
