Hikivision no audio multiscreen

I have a Hikvision DS-7716NI-SP/16-1TB. I also have one camera that has one way audio/microphone. Problem is that if I put it on my monitor single screen I can hear the audio (which is what I want) however, when I choose multi-screen view (16 cameras) I cannot hear the audio/microphone. Its muted. Is there anyway to have the 16 channels displayed with the audio playing? Thanks in advance

Go to Record->Parameters->Substream->change stream type to Video & audio (i think your mainstream is already on this)

Reason is when you are on multi-screen beyond 2x2, it is using substream, so you have to enable audio on substream too.
