Hikvision 3MP Turrets with NVR?

I seem to have found a source for the Hikvision turrets, but they don't carry NVRs. Seems there is a new 7616 NVR out (DS 7616NI-E2/EP) which I believe is said to work with the newer H.265 4MP cameras. However, as the turrets I'm ordering are H.264/3MP (the 4MP ones are ~50% or more in cost and not sure I really need this?) I'm wondering if this NVR will still work with the H.264 standard?

BTW, was also looking at the Dahua 4MP turrets which are significantly cheaper on Ali than the 4MP Hiks (literally half the cost), not sure why ... but it sounds like the Dahua options in the lower end are all 2-axis which would pose issues with a few of the required install locations and I don't want the bullets!
 
I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the dahua turrets are 3-axis, but get a confirmation from someone who knows before you do anything.
