Hikvision 7608NI-SE/P firmware downgrade

Hi All,

I have upgraded my Hikvision 7608NI-SE/P from version v2.2.5 to latest version v3.0.15_150528,

Firmware was updated successfully and it rebooted and asked me to create new password, then I entered the new password which meets the new requirements;

however after upgraded the firmware, I cannot see anything from my VGA monitor anymore after It shows the logo, I cannot reach the NVR, SADP don't see it anymore.... I can ping the default IP address 192.0..64 though.

Does anyone know how to downgrade to a lower version of firmware via serial port?
